Job Skills: QuickBooks, computer efficient, office machines etc. Ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working with a small team, self-starter, must be willing to find solutions to problems and jump in and help if there is a need. Covering for other people is needed with such a small group.
Accounting Duties: Running finances for the company, AP, AR, financial reports/statements, banking deposits and balance transfers etc., paying all bills/credit cards etc.
Inside Sales: Entering purchase orders into our system, invoicing customers, sales point of contact for billing questions, handling stock/status inquiries from customers and sales staff, etc. Assisting with tradeshow planning and rarely travel might be requested to attend tradeshows as a hospitality coordinator (2x per year max if that).
Office Management: Managing the operation of our office as the contact for vendors, service providers, purchasing office supplies and other goods (paper products, warehouse supplies, seasonal cheer etc.).
Compensation: $40,000 a year to start
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Ability to speak Korean preferred
· Physical: Should be willing to help cover shipping duties in the event of vacations or illness, so ability to lift 40 or 50 pounds (whatever is standard in job descriptions) onto a dolly and use it is a requirement.
