Fragomen’s Santa Clara office seeks to employ an Office Manager/Administrator to oversee and manage the daily office operations, maintenance and facility issues for our office.The candidate must be highly motivated, have superior commniction skills and a high level of dedication and discipline. The Office Services Manager/Adminsitrator will :
Manage all issues related to office management and facility
Manage all mailroom services, records management and firm library
Maintain office calendar (absences, office events, meetings)
Maintain office lease communication and liaison with property management and security
Manage vendor relationships for all office equipment and service contracts
Maintain all vendor contracts and service agreements
Maintain petty cash, receipts and records
Monitor office equipment, arrange for service and repairs
Monitor and order kitchen supplies for office
Assist with office set-up/coordination of office equipment with IT, including allocation of cubicles and offices
BA/BS degree in Business Administration
5 plus years experience as an Office Manager/Administrator in a law firm or international corporation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
