Provides management for diverse office functions and support systems for the chapter, including database management, audit, acknowledgement letters, Board of Directors communications and mailing lists. Oversees all office duties and manages chapter and branch accounting and facilities operations. Detailed Description Provide administrative support for all activities held by the chapter. Oversee input of data for fundraising events, membership, leadership, volunteers and donors. Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting and record keeping. Ensure that the chapter is complying with JDRF Accounting Manual and Audit procedures. Recruit and supervise volunteers to ensure that the chapter has the needed assistance for fundraising and non-fundraising activities, where applicable. Supervise administrative and clerical staff (if appropriate). Other duties as assigned by Executive Director or Associate Executive Director. Job Requirements
Four (4) year degree preferred or two (2) year Associates degree with equivalent experience required. Five+ (5+) years of administrative and/or business experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in accounting with the ability to handle accounts receivable and review accounting reports.
