The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the office and all administrative tasks that are required to keep the business running effectively. Duties: Handle main phone line and assist visitors Schedule meetings and maintain conference room calendars Coordinate executive travel Maintain legal agreements and contract files Manage project timekeeping system Order office supplies Coordinate company events/office lunches Handle incoming/outgoing packages and mail Supervise the maintenance of office equipment such as copier and vending machines Liaison between firm and building management company Manage employee access badge process Running weekly/daily reports for management Assisting with HR duties Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Must have at least 5 years of previous Office Management experience, including experience supporting Executives Competent in Microsoft Office programs Competent in handling employee data with discretion Superior organization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Highly motivated Excellent customer service skills Professional demeanor Desired Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
