We're seeking a bright and energetic individual to join us as the Office Manager in our Cambridge office. It is your duty to establish office systems, policies, and efficient office procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor main reception desk
  • Coordinate all office purchases and maintain inventory (ordering office & kitchen supplies)
  • Maintain office management budget & provide spending updates to manager
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable
  • Liaise with building management
  • Manage all shipping & receiving
  • Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of office (preparing conference rooms, tidiness of rooms, fresh fruit)
  • Play a leadership role in planning social events for Next Jump employees
  • Implement policies and procedures that contribute to the flow of the work day
  • Flexibility in working on various misc. projects across the company
