About the company
Our client is an international corporation that has a growing presence in the United States. With the recent expansion in the United States the Stamford office is looking for an Office Manager who can assist with the quick growth of the firm.

Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Establishing relationships with vendors and negotiating contracts
  • Coordinating the office lay-out and furniture delivery
  • Assisting with the development of group policies/procedures
  • Taking ownership of managing office supply inventory
  • Processing expense reports on a weekly basis through Microsoft Excel
  • Preparing international and domestic travel plans for the Managing Director
  • Managing daily calendars through Microsoft Outlook
  • Creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
  • Ordering any catering and setting up conferences
  • Coordinating all logistics for conferences weekly
Who we are looking for
Someone who;
  • The ability to work independently
  • Has 4-8 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager
  • Has a bachelors/associates degree or equivalent to
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007
  • Can multi-task in a fast paced environment
