Local Manufacturing Company searching for a Self Starter
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the plant and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
Input customers’ orders information by receiving and distributing communications; scheduling transportation deliveries, transportation drivers, entering sales orders, BOL’s and packing slips.
Maintains employee records; new hire documentation; time cards; vacation; correspondence; safety training.
Coordinates weekly invoicing to customers; driver times; equipment records.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; verifying receipt of supplies.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation.
Serves customers by answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling administrative assignments task; expediting work results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Participates in weekly or monthly inventory processes.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
