Our team is seeking a rockstar Office Operations Manager to maintain and elevate our lively office! We are looking for a seasoned leader in facility management who excels at maintaining and pursuing vendor relationships, managing a diverse team, and fostering a fun, enjoyable work environment. Based at our HQ in San Francisco, this person will need to bring on-the ground practical experience coupled with the ability to strategize and execute. Come join the rapidly-growing Lyft movement!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Organize office operations and procedures
    • Manage Office team (Office Coordinator, Front Desk Coordinator, and IT Support Specialist)
    • Strategize company needs and infrastructure for scalability, as well as leading office growth (design, culture, future facilities)
    • Identify and implement system improvements and streamlining
    • Manage third-party vendor relationships: sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining
    • Review and facilitate supply requisitions and inventory purchases
    • Oversee maintenance agreements/contracts
    • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures
    • Achieve financial goals by maintaining annual budget
    • Clearly communicates company wide announcements and information
    • Maintain office safety policies and plans
YOUR EXPERIENCE
    • BA/BS required
    • 5+ years experience in office management
    • People management and team development
    • Start-up background or experience working for a hyper-growth tech company in Operations
    • Bonus points if you can flawlessly transform an all-hands area into a karaoke party at the snap of your fingers
YOUR SKILLS
    • Effective verbal, listening, written and organizational skills
    • Excellent Computer skills including Google Docs, Bill.com, Confluence, Expensify
    • Time management skills
    • Ability to work effectively across teams while also able to work independently
    • You are customer service oriented with an outgoing, friendly, patient and professional demeanor
    • Incredible attention to detail
    • Loves being proactive
    • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
