Provides administrative support for marketing function and Logicalis business office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports Director of Area Sales with Dynamics CRM cleanup and assignment changes.
Supports Account Executives' territory planning with account research in Hoovers & Rainking; updates CRM with recommendations.
Revises CRM based on invalid and erroneous customer data gathered from mailing campaigns.
Tracks CRM opportunities based on leads from marketing campaigns and events.
Prepares consolidated monthly results reports for marketing activities.
Prepares marketing scorecard results and sends to marketing liaisons.
Manages IBM lead tracking for MDF reimbursement.
Manages New Customer Program.
Updates and maintains internal Complementary Portal site.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
Ensures office equipment is in working order and schedules maintenance.
Welcomes on-site visitors and directs to appropriate area or person; arranges for refreshments for meetings.
Sorts and routes mail for office; prepares and mails express delivery packages.
Creates memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education and/or Experience
High School education required. Associate's Degree in a related field is a plus.
3 years office administration experience.
May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM required.
