This is a full- time opportunity, Monday - Friday 8:00AM- 5:00PM or 9:00AM- 6:00PM.
Summary: To facilitate timely filing of all association records in the corporate office and ensure transition from storage of records for off-site locations as needed. To work as a member of the office services team in all areas of filing and records management. To work with the team under the direction of the Office Services Lead on special projects as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Organize, alphabetize and file all association records as dictated by community managers on a daily basis.
Organize and file accounting records per written procedures.
Purge accounting files as required based on fiscal year end for each association.
Communicate with on-site personnel as needed to facilitate requests for file set up
Pick up Office Services mail from the Production room on a daily basis, pick up of weekly administrative files and sorting by association, and pick up and sorting of accounting files.
Label creation for working files for community managers, for welcome packets, and for escrow demands.
Printing Welcome Packets for all associations on a daily basis. Support to the escrow department provided by printing documents for escrow demands on a daily basis.
Photocopying of financial statements upon request and delivery to community managersÂ’ inbox.
Assist with special requests to locate and copy or scan vendor invoices with back up checks.
Keeping track of time spent each day with the Office Services weekly reports and monthly tracking reports.
Deliver all scanned and saved financial statements and directors reports to production room and appropriate inbox.
Communication to all corporate office personnel via email when copier will be in use for a long period of time by Office Services.
