We have an immediate need for a Part-Time Office Services Clerk (4 days/20 hrs. per week) for our Marietta Office . Under the direction of the Vice President of Business Operations, and in partnership with other staff, the Office Services Clerk will have primary responsibility for the following:

Answering inbound calls that come through the main switchboard and responding to inquiries for information by either providing the information or directing the call to the appropriate resource. This position will also transfer incoming calls for staff to the correct extension or voice mail as required.

Ensuring all staff and visitors sign in and out on the appropriate log sheet when they enter or leave the building.

Providing clerical support to Business Operations and other departments by maintaining data bases, processing correspondence, making telephone calls, scheduling meetings, researching the internet, preparing mail-outs, etc.

Obtaining all required information for Public Education literature requests for Community Health Fairs.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. The additional qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often time sensitive environment, with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
2. Understands the sense of urgency that may be required.
3. Above average communication and customer service skills. Ability to convey a positive and professional image.
4. Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
5. Ability to lift and carry packages typically up to 25 lbs.
