The Salary Range for this position is : $38,300.00-$43,000.00

The City of Atlanta’s Law Department is seeking qualified applicants for an Office Technical Coordinator position. The qualified candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience providing technical and administrative support and direction for a fast-paced office, law firm, agency or the equivalent. Job duties will include creating and tracking technical service tickets, troubleshooting and solving technical issues, maintaining electronic files, providing technical service for the Law Department’s wired and wireless devices, maintaining equipment inventory and providing prompt and accurate feedback to members of the Department.

Successful applicants will have previous experience with the following systems: Oracle, Kronos, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. The Office Technical Coordinator may also be called upon to conduct technical training and provide audio/visual presentation assistance for members of the Law Department. This position will involve extensive contact with all members of the City Law Department. Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer service and interpersonal skills are required. The applicant must possess either a 4-year degree or an Associate degree with a concentration in technical and IT support.

Qualified candidates must successfully pass a background check. Position level and salary are commensurate with experience.
