Acquity Group’s OnDemand solution area is an enterprise level hosted ecommerce and content management managed services platform. The OnDemand Account Manager will be responsible for directing projects across multiple clients in the OnDemand solution area including both new projects and existing client enhancements. The project delivery, business development/solution sales and platform enhancement breakdown is approximately 40%/30%/30%. Ideal candidates will have a consulting or operations background with previous work experience implementing and operating large eCommerce, Enterprise Content Management, and Interactive Marketing sites. The OnDemand Account Managers are responsible for the overall client relationship and fostering additional phases of work within current OnDemand engagements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle for small to medium enhancement efforts
Develop an understanding of the client business and provide solution recommendations to support business processes
Establish solid relationships with key client sponsors
Act as escalation point and liaison between client and OnDemand help desk, serve as customer advocate
Coordinate operations work efforts and assist in task prioritization
Review client deliverables and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure superior client support
Lead monthly and quarterly OnDemand client reviews
Identify and mitigate client risks escalating to leadership as appropriate
Participate in establishing the client roadmap
Monitor all client schedules and budgets
Effectively manage and resolve personnel and project-related issues
Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior team members (both Acquity & client)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the current account
Actively support the sales effort on new business development pursuits
Ensure consistent approach and solution quality across OnDemand engagements
Develop sales collateral for the OnDemand Solution area
Assist in platform planning and general growth of the OnDemand solution area.
Qualifications
Approximately seven years experience in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, process design, research and competitive analysis, package implementation, and knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design.
3-5 yrs consulting experience, including experience with digital ecommerce and content management implementations. Experience with hybris, Adobe CQ, Blue Martini or Endeca a plus.
Expertise in one or more industries, organizational structures, business process design techniques, product life cycle management and development methodologies (RUP, Method 1, etc).
Thorough understanding of the project life cycle process required to effectively manage complexities of the business solution.
Experience in full software lifecycle development process and methods.
Travel
10% travel flexibility - more or less depending on project; candidate should be comfortable with travel and overtime as client commitment requires.
