As an Onboarding Engineer on the Solutions team you will be responsible for providing software support to new Customers for WhiteHat’s Sentinel product line. Based out of Santa Clara, CA, the ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and an affinity for technology.
Speak knowledgeably about service lines, general operational processes, and vulnerabilities to new customers
Work with customers to implement the WhiteHat solution within their security program
Perform various operational and administrative tasks on behalf of customers
Communicate and work effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and promote sales opportunities
Scale communication effectively with all Customer levels including: general users, project managers, application developers, and C-level executives
Desired Skills and Experience:
2+ years providing support and troubleshooting for complex software products
Knowledge of firewall and application security
Familiarity with Web application development and administration
General knowledge of various operating systems, Excel & Reporting software
Facilitating complex issue resolution with Customers and internal organizations
Friendly personality that works well in a team-based environment
Has a passion for assisting customers
