PURPOSE: The NCR Oncology Program Administrator will be responsible for developing and overseeing clinical and clinical research programming across all locations that provide cancer care to patients and their families in the NCR. The Program Administrator will be accountable for the performance (service, quality, financial) of assigned areas of responsibility to include but not limited to employed physician offices, oncology research, medical oncology infusion centers, palliative care, and survivorship programs. The Program Administrator will work to achieve the goals and objectives to support Johns Hopkins National Capital Region overall clinical mission and growth. The individual will work closely with Johns Hopkins oncology leadership and the Suburban and Sibley hospital leaders to carry out the strategic plan, and will be accountable for management of safe operations, employee and faculty satisfaction, and financial budgeting and viability of the programs.
SCOPE: Direct responsibility for administrative aspects of regional cancer program, both inpatient and outpatient operations, Hospital and University professional fee, finance, grant and contract activity, compliance and regulatory oversight, human resources and other programs such as fund raising activities, education and marketing/public relations.
