The Online Advertising Operations Coordinator role is an exceptional opportunity for a highly-motivated recent college graduate to enter the world of digital advertising and learn the business from the ground up. This role requires a analytical “thinker” with great communications skills and a keen instinct for providing over-the-top customer service. This is an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment which requires superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis.
Successfully participate in extensive training in online advertising operations, tools, methods and processes
Manage requests submitted to the workflow management system (OpSight)
Work coordination and assignment
Ensure all Service Level and Quality standards are being met
Provide Operations Manager with operational support
Pull ad hoc reports
Traffic basic and medium complexity requests
Provide training to traffickers and answer basic trafficking questions
Ideally recent college graduate with solid academic performance
Highly motivated to learn operational aspects of digital advertising
Strong organizational skills
Multi-tasking in fast-paced/high transaction environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Dedication to exceptional customer service
Computer, Internet and technology savvy
Basic understanding and interest in how websites work
Ad server experience knowledge (desired)
Preference for those highly proficient with Excel advanced features/capabilities
College graduate with demonstrable academic achievement
Salary: Entry Level
Reports to: Director, US Operations or Practice Manager
Location: Operative Headquarters – New York, New York
Hours: 9-6, additional hours as required
