Role

The Online Advertising Operations Coordinator role is an exceptional opportunity for a highly-motivated recent college graduate to enter the world of digital advertising and learn the business from the ground up. This role requires a analytical “thinker” with great communications skills and a keen instinct for providing over-the-top customer service. This is an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment which requires superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully participate in extensive training in online advertising operations, tools, methods and processes
  • Manage requests submitted to the workflow management system (OpSight)
  • Create tickets
  • Work coordination and assignment
  • Ensure all Service Level and Quality standards are being met
  • Provide Operations Manager with operational support
  • Pull ad hoc reports
  • Traffic basic and medium complexity requests
  • Quality Assurance
  • Provide training to traffickers and answer basic trafficking questions

  • Reports to: Director, US Operations or Practice Manager
  • Location: Operative Headquarters – New York, New York
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Hours: 9-6, additional hours as required
  • Travel required: 3 – 5 trips / year
