The Online Marketing Manager will focus on managing programs that develop brand awareness; drive E-Commerce traffic and conversion; and increase customer outreach, acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities:

· Create effective strategies and manage functions for:

o Search/PPC marketing

o Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

o Email Marketing Campaigns

o Merchandise Feeds

o Affiliate Programs

· Partner with brand marketing team on display media & social media

· Create and maintain reporting dashboards and identify opportunities to both add value and support business decisions

· Report analysis of all marketing campaigns on a regular basis and make recommendations to help grow brand awareness, improve results, and optimize sales.

· Coordinate efforts with merchandising, creative, and operations to incorporate effective and robust marketing strategies

· Stay abreast of new online marketing developments and make recommendations for strategic improvements

· Monitor and maintain product feeds for effective representation on search engines and affiliate networks

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated knowledge of internet marketing including web analytics, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, online display advertising, email marketing, affiliate programs, and social networking

· Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

· Logical & analytical thinker who builds strong cross-functional partnerships

· Strong leadership skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Detail oriented

· 3-5 years of related experience

· College degree required – business/marketing degree a plus
