Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing online marketing programs that effectively promote the organization and help generate sales leads. Includes management of the Company’s online presence, including: client e-newsletter, website, SEO strategy and online PPC advertising strategy. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Work directly with Marketing and Product Management colleagues to design, develop, and execute online marketing programs that support the Company’s messaging, targeting and lead-generation goals
Assume operational responsibility for day-to-day aspects of all online programs to ensure high-impact delivery of Company’s message
Optimize website to take full advantage of natural and paid search
Regularly update website with new or updated technology information
Manage the creation, development and distribution of content and communications for online distribution to QuadraMed customers and prospects
Edit and manage coordination of monthly client e-newsletter
Work with Marketing team colleagues to develop and implement online tools and web-based lead generation
Coordinate with Marketing Director and sales team to plan, develop and implement webinars and other communications programs
Write and edit web content, email campaigns, data sheets and webinar content
Develop & distribute high-impact email campaigns
Manage relationship with external marketing vendors on as-needed basis
Manage search engine marketing efforts
Develop impactful event marketing strategies
Manage social media programs on an as-needed basis
Support marketing team and work on other marketing initiatives as needed.
Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of projects and multi-task
Ability to work cross-functionally
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications or a related field, with a minimum 6-8 years experience that illustrates familiarity with a variety of online marketing strategies, practices and procedures. Prior experience marketing B2B for technology companies required. Healthcare marketing experience preferred. Must have excellent writing skills that can be translated into various marketing mediums. The successful candidate will also have the following skills:
Self-starter with great attitude and strong work ethic who enjoys the art and practice of effective marketing
Experience in website oversight and management
Use of marketing experience to develop online tools and systems to facilitate marketing efforts; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Ability to critically measure and report results of online programs to demonstrate ROI and deliver concrete results
Strong written, editing, proofreading and oral communication skills; attention to detail with an ability to work within stringent deadlines
Desire to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment, with strong collaboration, management and execution skills
Experience with Salesforce.com and SFDC integration with online programs preferred
