This position is primarily responsible for interacting with and providing support to the Senior Director of Marketing and for providing key marketing input to develop NetCracker’s overall strategic online marketing plan. This person will provide analytic services in support of the company’s Web marketing efforts to make programs smarter and more impactful.

The role will maximize NetCracker’s return on marketing investment (ROMI) through ongoing program and website measurement, disciplined testing, and results-based performance management. You must be a “hands on” Web marketing specialist who can dive into the data, interpret it, and turn it into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement systematic, measurable Web-based lead-generation and retention-maximization programs across a variety of channels:
    • Email marketing
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (both organic and Pay-Per-Click
    • Online banner advertising
    • E-Newsletters
    • Social Media
    • Webinars and Web forums
  • Manage the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Ensure NetCracker maintains a strong online brand presence and consistent messaging in the marketplace to help increase sales
  • Database Management
    • Serve as a power-user of NetCracker’s CRM database (Salesforce.com), ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date and all online campaigns are measured for effectiveness and ROI in the system
  • Website Optimization
    • Own and manage the NetCracker website as a premier marketing and e-business tool, while running analytics and interactivity
    • Continually update and maintain the company website to inform and influence prospective and current customers about our solutions
    • Create and maintain relationships with content owners, Moscow web team, Product Management, IT, and the Marketing team
    • Provide a regular assessment of competitors’ websites and recommend enhancements to NetCracker.com
    • Create and deploy e-Newsletters and Breaking News HTML from content provided
    • Work with Inside Sales and Sales Operations on Salesforce.com
    • Create data on NetCracker’s most common landing pages and exit pages, the length of time visitors spend on each page, and make recommendations about more effective website upgrades or improvements aimed at increasing performance
    • Work to increase NetCracker’s Quality Score (the score most major search engines use to determine Cost Per Click and Ad Position)
  • Search Engine Marketing
    • Ensure NetCracker’s website is placed in the sponsored results of Google, Yahoo!, and Bing for the highest trafficked, most relevant keywords for our industry
  • PPC Management
    • Develop a fully customized, professional Pay-Per-Click marketing strategy through account optimization, keyword research, and support coupled with Google Analytics to ensure continued succes
  • Google Analytics
    • Track and monitor visitor behavior, traffic sources, and conversions; interpret this data and turn it into measurable e-marketing campaign
  • Social Media
    • Leverage social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. to augment NetCracker’s online presence, industry thought leadership, and overall public relations effort
  • Create comprehensive measurement and analysis plans
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports (Site Dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as fulfill ad hoc reporting and data requests
  • Develop dashboards for senior clients
  • Analyze website behavior and customer experience
  • Carry out data consolidation and validation
  • Coordinate tags and track implementations
  • Prepare documentation relating to existing processes and make recommendations for improving these processes
Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Marketing
Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 - 5 years in high-tech Web marketing and a strong familiarity with the telecom industry and technologies
  • Salesforce.com experience is a MUST
  • Experience using online marketing automation tools such as Genius, Eloqua, Aprimo is essential
  • HTML experience essential
  • Dreamweaver and InDesign experience strongly preferred

  • Extensive knowledge of digital analytics solutions a plus (e.g. Webtrends, Google Analytics, DART, Atlas)
