The position will involve the development and optimization of every aspect of our paid and organic search strategy. This includes managing keyword research and bids, assisting in developing and implementing new SEO strategies, analyzing results, and reporting results to Management. You will be expected to hit the ground running and increase the companys web traffic and conversions.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish marketing presence through SEO, SEM, interactive marketing campaigns as well as social media, and mobile applications/marketing.
Provide ongoing support of all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.
Strategy development and provide and implement optimization recommendations.
Optimize landing pages for search engine quality score.
Document and communicate best practices in Search Engine Optimization
Proactively make strategic SEM campaign recommendations to management.
Compose and test ad copy to produce optimal click-through rates.
Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
Continually optimize pay-per-click campaigns in Google, MSN and other search engine marketing platforms.
Act as subject matter expert for analytics tools; provide SEM education to business unit and other internal departments.
Work closely with Marketing and IT teams to identify project areas and enhancements to tools that will lead to overall program improvements. Manage those projects through to completion.
Write/recommend copy for optimizing organic search campaigns.
Continually monitor the search landscape. Understand any changes in organic search algorithms of the most popular search engines and proactively lead changes for adherence to the changes.
EDUCATION
Desired: Bachelors degree or higher

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Experience with keyword research, keyword research tools, and keyword selection
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
Proficient in MS Office software - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience with Google Keyword Tool External, Adwords, Webmaster Tools; Microsoft Adcenter a +plus
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong problem-solving ability.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team oriented environment.
Highly adaptable and efficient with a strong customer service focus.
Account management experience a plus
