Working independently and exercising good judgement and descretion, the Online Student Service Supervicor will assist various departments' involvement with the Student Accounts department while supervising the assigned Student Service Representative.
Prefer a bachelor's degree, with a concentration in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience, in the accounts receivable area and /or cash handling environment. Well developed computer skills, listening and discerning skills, mathematical skills, and customer relations skills. Knowledge of Banner.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent life and professional experience, with a concentration in Accounting or Business, as well as experience in Management, accounts receivable, and cash handling environment.
Knowledge of debt collection methodology, being organized and possess excellent listening and discerning skills. Proven ability to collect accounts receivable, with strong negotiation skills. Self motivator with the ability to work under strict deadlines, with multitasking abilities. Well-developed communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills. Knowledge of Banner and SharePoint. Ability to understand and perform, if necessary, all tasks involving Student Accounts.
