Benefit Communication Insourcing is currently seeking service-oriented individuals to assist during the active benefit insurance open enrollment season. Professional communicators who are quick to learn and embrace delivering top- notch customer service are invited to apply. We are also seeking professionals actively licensed in life and health who are steadily available for a period beginning in October to November 2013. DUTIES

OPEN ENROLLMENT LICENSED SPECIALIST supports our clients while operating from our corporate communications center to effectively communicate telephonically and enroll employer-sponsored group and supplemental benefits (i.e., medical, dental, life, disability, critical illness, etc.). Duties: Responsible for conducting individual personalizedbenefit review sessions by phone during the client's open enrollment period to ensure that each employee has a good understanding of their financial risks andbenefit options available to them. The successful candidate must be willing to execute all the responsibilities of the position with minimal day-to-day supervision.Qualifications: Actively licensed in Life and Health Insurance. License requiring CE credits or lapsed less than one year may also be considered.Equivalent level of experience or a Bachelor's Degree inrelated field strongly preferred.Strong telephonic communication skills (professional,polished, personable) Prior experience with employer-sponsored insurancebenefits, preferred but not required. Ability to assess a situation and problem-solve resultingin positive outcomes Strong work ethic and high level of integrity Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) Bilingual fluency (Spanish and English) a plus, but notrequired.
