Positions in this function are responsible for training within a Claims or Transaction Processing role.

Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and a desire to lead and develop employees.

You may be required to travel and/or cross train in new or emerging functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively handle shifting responsibilities and easily adapts to change.

Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions.

Work within required established procedures.

Works independently.

Mentors others.

Acts as a resource for others.

Will have leadership responsibilities within the classroom or virtual classroom environment

Will communicate with audiences of different size and scope

This position is located in Raleigh, NC

Requirements High School Diploma/GED

2+ years coaching, team lead, or mentoring experience in a professional environment

Prefer Claims or Transaction Processing experience

Must be able to travel up to 25%

Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required

Must have proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (Must be able to create and edit)

Must have experience presenting information in front of a group

Assets:
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Proficiency with WebEx

Rapid Resolution knowledge

Inquiry Resolution Unit knowledge
