Responsibilities will include but not be limited to travel & catering arrangements for Operations staff, managing vendor database, Box, Com/Perc report management, Completion schedule updates, mail distribution for Operations staff, check request management, Well Failure Data collection assistance and assisting Engineering Tech staff as needed with numerous data management functions.
Experience in office administration and working knowledge of accounting practices. Exceptional office, computer (Microsoft Word and Excel) and math skills. A high school diploma/GED required. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
