Operations Clerks are responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the operation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support and coordination to management.
Maintain a variety of records.
Purchase materials and supplies.
Process payroll information.
Open and distribute mail.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. At least one (1) year experience in office environment is required.
Languages and Communication Skills
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
Other Skills and Experience
Accurate typing and/or data entry skills.
Basic math skills.
Balance team and individual responsibilities.
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines.
