Purpose of Job: Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination of office space allocation and layout. * Support Workforce Management Supervisor with real-time staffing adjustments/reporting *Manage vendor relationships. *Manage security requests, i.e. visitor/vendor registration and identification badges. *Oversee office operations and procedures, i.e. requisition of office equipment, supplies, gift certificates, and services. *Manage activities in accounts payable, i.e. processing employee expenses/invoices and responding to accounts payable inquires. *Report all Call Center commissions to Payroll *Handle incoming and outgoing mail *Organize appointments/conference room requests for entire office staff. *Assist and support management with major projects. Requirements: *2-3 years of applicable work experience *Must be able to multi-task effectively *Must be highly organized *Must be able to work independently *Must be detail oriented *Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite *Excellent written and oral communication skills *BA is strongly preferred
