Scope
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various problems. The Operations Coordinator conducts business unit reviews, manages process improvement and administration, executes quality monitoring, provides analysis and complex report generation, and engages in operational activities to support the business. They provide any necessary guidance for the staff regarding new procedural, technical, or operational changes. Operations Coordinator may also assist in the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
General Responsibilities The Operations Coordinator assists in the daily production and management of the sites and office:
§ Design, maintain and document all operations and sales processes utilizing the company intranet/wiki.
§ Design, maintain and code commercial revenue-driven web content in support of sales initiatives.
§ Responsible for working with Niche Product & Operations Manager on revenue and expense budgets and monthly reconciliation.
§ Responsible for coding monthly expenses and tracking accordingly.
§ Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and sales channels with new projects and solving any production issues that arise.
§ Coordinate the agenda and deliverables for weekly sales meetings.
§ Responsible for managing the quality and accuracy of sales reports such as benchmarks, commissions, and financials. In addition, compiling and writing an executive summary of these reports.
§ Resolve work conflicts and manage project deadlines and support concerns.
§ Maintain and be the main contact for staff in contributing to all technical considerations including phones, computers, coding and server access and standards, and other support duties.
§ Manage assigned projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines and providing updates to stakeholders.
§ Provide quality assurance of data entered into CRM tools, ensuring standards are met and working directly with the sales people.
§ Maintain and coordinate all facility considerations including equipment, furniture, seating, etc.
§ Prepare business proposals for new projects and upon approval communicate to all channels.
§ Assist Operations Manager with daily tasks as assigned or necessary.

The Operations Coordinator is expected to independently manage his/her workflow as well as that of other staff during project management assignments. He or she works cooperatively with other content and business staff and is expected to handle multiple projects and demonstrate initiative by developing new ideas and leading projects from inception to completion.

The standard workweek is Monday through Friday. Overtime is often required during evenings. Occasional weekend, late evening or holiday schedules are required.

Required Skills and Knowledge
§ Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and independently prioritize in a deadline oriented environment.
§ Strong communication and leadership skills.
§ Strong enterprise technical skills including hands-on HTML, CSS, Excel, Web IDEs as well as hardware and software management in a Windows environment.
§ Working knowledge of web/advertising production tools, languages and architectures.

Education and Requirements § Bachelor's degree or higher.
§ Can be entry level with business or finance degree.

Physical requirements Able to lift 20 pounds.
