- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience with MS Project.
-Use of shop floor manager, ECM, PDM, exposure to production control processes.

Specific Job Description
This entry-level position will proactively support technical lead to drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product design for manufacturability to support cost, schedule and quality objectives. Utilize lean Six Sigma tools to identify, implement and coordinate preventative actions to mitigate performance challenges. Audit manufacturing and test processes. Develop and ensure execution of closure to audit findings. Authenticate viability of potential solutions, and validate implementation results. May also serve as a project engineer as required for affordability, span reduction and producibility initiatives.
