The Copart Leadership Development Program (LDP) is
designed to train recent university graduates in
operations management leading to a General Manager
position in 3 to 5 years.
Training begins in July 2013 with 4-weeks at the
Headquarters and will continue at one of the 135
locations in the US.
Candidates will gain hands on experience in all
positions in Operations progressing up to supervisory
responsibilities with the ultimate goal of becoming a
General Manager (GM). GM's can advance to senior
management positions in Operations.
Completion of a 4 year degree
Must be willing to relocate during the program
Demonstrated leadership ability
Experience/Interest in Business Management
