As Publisher Operations Manager you’ll be responsible for programs and projects that ensure the success of the 5,000+ Publishers in our portfolio. As part of the Publisher Services team you will manage and track the on-going business performance of our Publishers and work with other teams within FM to hit success targets.
Develop methodology for tracking on-going success metrics of our Publisher portfolio.
Oversee Publisher revenue targets and work with multiple teams (Sales, Ad Solutions and Project Management) to ensure we are hitting individual Publisher revenue targets.
Produce forecasts and recommendations for changes and improvements to ad product mix across different Publisher portfolios.
Become an expert on FM’s ad products and content marketing capabilities.
Manage 3rd Party Relationships: Manage the business relationships with comScore and Quantcast and develop strategies for how to grow our presence.
Adhoc analysis and reporting.
4-5 years work experience in the digital media or online industry.
Passion for solving problems and determining how data can answer complex questions.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytics and reporting skills.
Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
High level of attention to detail, organized, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
