Operations Manager

to join our team.

The Operations Manager is a client focused, service oriented, results-driven achiever who works with engagement teams and clients to design and deliver employee engagement (survey) solutions. They help with survey design and set-up, manage process/procedures for the set-up and delivery of paper and Interactive web based questionnaire documents, work closely with Business Analysts and Engagement Managers on project deliverables including reporting, and ensure efforts are completed on time. They also contribute to the identification, development and implementation of more streamlined solutions for engagement teams to work with data and support their client deliverables including analytical reports and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute operations related to survey design and delivery reporting efforts

Assist with coordination of delivery, and processing of paper and web surveys, coordinate shipping and printing of paper surveys

Monitor incoming projects; provide input to project operations for scheduling

Ensure projects and assigned activities completed on time

Support Engagement Manager in developing project schedule

Manage delivery process

Interpret project specifications and manage process/procedures for the set-up of interactive web and paper based questionnaire documents

Collaborate with client, Business Analysts and Engagement Managers on client reporting

Gather report specifications, work with and process large volumes of data, format and generate reports, implement and troubleshoot changes and modifications

Perform Quality Assurance testing on all surveys prior to launch

Initiate, identify and implement solutions to resolve process problems and deficiencies

Maintain integrity of database and client information

Coordinate appropriate delivery method for surveys and reports translation with internal staff and client

Work with clients, vendors, and engagement teams to fulfill project delivery expectations


Bachelor’s Degree required

At least 1 year professional experience; service oriented experience a plus

Strong problem-solving skills; details focused

Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills; ability to juggle competing priorities and ability to work well under pressure, deliver quality results under tight deadlines

Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to grasp and clearly communicate complex ideas

Collaborative team player, effective at building relationships, ability to working autonomously

Strong work ethic, client-service focus; willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities

Ability to work proactively - thinking ahead of client and engagement team’s operational needs

Solid understanding of business concepts; ability to quickly learn client organization, learn and support new systems and applications

Ability to maintain confidential information

Working knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
