Position Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations within FXI
plant operations facility. Responsible for plant
operations. Establish and assure compliance with all
government and company plant policies and procedures.
Supervisor over 100-hourly and 5-Supervisory employees
in 3 departments with sales in excess of $60 million

Job Requirements:Specific job duties:
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating
manufacturing operations associated with production
Develops priorities based on production introduction,
equipment efficiency, and materials
Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on
determined priorities
Establish manufacturing and quality control standards
and develops budget controls and plans
Achieve plant safety goals
Implement cost reduction and continuous improvement
initiatives.
Complete all areas of Functional Area Tactical Plan.
Coordinate manpower and product flow in areas of
responsibility. Analyzes division or department budget
requests to identify areas in which reductions can be
made, and allocates operating budget
Analyze production problems and concerns. Prepares and
executes directives from Plant Manager as needed.
Administer company policies and maintain labor
relations. Confers with administrative personnel and
reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to
determine changes in programs or operations required.
Enforce root case analysis of quality issues and
requirements within the TS and ISO Management System
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years experience in a
manufacturing environment. Supervision experience and
excellent communication experience (written and oral),
basic knowledge of mechanics, Project Leadership Skills
