LifeSPAN is seeking an energetic person who enjoys creating richer, more diverse communities that allow for contributions by all. LifeSPAN is a small nonprofit organization working in the Greater Seattle area to support families who have a relative with disabilities to plan for the future. We offer workshops and traings as well as the formation and maintenance of personal networks of support. We are seeking a part-time (60-70 hrs/month, with potential for growth) Operations Manager to manage our office and support organizational growth. We need someone to join our team to support the day-to-day operations of LifeSPAN, as well as position us to expand our membership base and educational programs.

To be considered a strong candidate, an applicant will need experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access). Additional experience with WordPress, MailChimp and nonprofit work is highly desirable. We need someone who has high attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both oral and written), who embraces new technology and would enjoy helping LifeSPAN move to its next organizational level.
