Tetra Tech Inc., a subsidiary of Tetra Tech, is
currently seeking five(5) full-time, Operations Plans
Engineering Technical Support candidates to provide
onsite support at Ft. Snelling in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The selected candidates will work onsite at the
customer’s facility and will provide comprehensive
technical support services focused on utilities, general
facility management, engineering and environmental
support, repairs and maintenance management, operational
cost analysis, space utilization, planning and
forecasting services. Specific duties will include
planning programming and budgeting support, data
management, planning services, quality assurance, DDC
management, operations support, and HVAC maintenance
technical support among others.
The selected candidates will fill one role and perform
specific duties; one individual will not perform all of
the duties identified above. The candidate should have
experience with environmental program management,
utilities, general facility management principals,
mechanical engineering principles, and operational cost
Some travel will be required. Management of others may
be necessary.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates will have 5-25 plus years of
experience in environmental program management, and
facilities operations management supporting DoD
entities. Department of the Army experience is
preferred. Several different levels of experienced
candidates will be necessary to fill all positions; from
mid-level to senior-level. A bachelor’s degree in a
related field is required.
The positions require knowledge of utility information
systems, excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English, analytical, interpersonal, and
presentation skills; proficient computer skills
including the use of Microsoft Office software,
spreadsheets; especially Excel, and other database
applications is required.
The candidates must be proficient in developing
professional communications and presentations.
This position requires a BS in engineering or related
field but a Technical Degree combined with significant
military or civilian experience working at Army sites or
other Federal installations and/or experience in the
environmental/utilities/facilities management field may
be acceptable.
Must possess a US citizenship and be able to obtain and
maintain a security clearance. Also requires a motor
vehicle record (MVR) background check.
The position requires the ability to exert up to 20 lbs.
of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force
frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force
constantly to move objects. Physical demands are in
excess of those of Sedentary work. Light work usually
requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
You must be able to climb ladders/access roofs/access
narrow mechanical rooms and walk in small spaces.

environment for all positions as well as frequent field
