Minimum Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership, ,military planning, and military operations product development (OPORDs, WARNODs, and FRGAOs).

Strong writing and presentation ability is required along with good teamwork skills.

Good organizational skills, ability to deliver under pressure, task flexibility, and a "can do" attitude are expected.

Security conscious at all times and possess excellent work habits and strong ethics.

Desired Skills:
Associate Degree desired.

Graduate of Service NCO/Staff Academy or equivalent desired.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities, & Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement plans to further strategic aims.

Assist in the operational planning, initiative development, unit engagements and support planning, interagency planning, policy, and strategic development.

Supports joint logistic planning efforts and work in close coordination with division leadership.

Experience utilizing the following systems: GCCS, JOPES, CFAST, MCPP or MAGTF Planning, or Global Force Management.

Analyzes and evaluates major system project requirements of considerable complexity
requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the
system.
