This position will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of specific operational functions within Mid Market Services, as well as cross training to obtain competencies in all operational functions within team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Investment Services:

• Ensure timely and accurate investment of contributions processing.
• Identify root causes and recommend solutions for investment delays.
• Communicate with client, broker, trustee and partner while tracking with appropriate documentation.

Census:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing and loading of participant census information.
• Analyze, identify and resolve census irregularities.
• Ensure that all fulfillment requests are completed timely and accurately.
• Communicate with client, broker, trustee and partner while tracking with appropriate documentation.

Trust Reconciliation:

• Responsible for timely and accurate reconciling of trust accounts to ensure the investment process continues.
• Analyze, identify and resolve outstanding balances.

Plan Reconciliation/Technical Services:

• Ensure all plan level positions balance with investment fund positions.
• Ensure timely and accurate participant statement production including preparatory activities and quality checks.
• Perform daily dividend and earning postings.
• Participate in statement production meetings.
• Complete plan and participant level corrections and calculations, as necessary.

Distribution Services:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of distributions, loans, hardship withdrawals, rollovers and QDRO’s.
• Research and resolve outstanding issues as it pertains to Distributions processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate production and distribution of 1099R’s, RMD’s and any other cyclical events related to Distributions processing.

General duties and responsibilities across all Operational functions:

• Consistently provide a high level of Customer Service while communicating and coordinating with internal/external business units to assist in issue resolution.
• Research and resolve comments or client requests as assigned.
• Provide management reporting as required by partner.
• Achieve service level goals identified by each financial partner.
• Participate in audit activities and cyclical events as required by partner.
• Document procedures and work flows.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 year of experience in financial industry
• Strong analytical, math problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and be able to work well within given timeframes and standards
• Ability to multi-task with competing priorities
• Proficiency in MSOffice software applications, specifically Excel required, Access preferred
• Ability to work overtime as necessary, including weekend and/or holiday hours for statement production needs.
• Able to make dependable judgements concerning issues which, if mishandled, have the potential to create substantial financial and client relations liabilities for the company.
• Must be able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
