The Operations Specialist will local in Roseville, CA and reports to the SOC Operations Supervisor.
This individual is critical in monitoring and supporting the background screening, drug testing and physicals related operations for the SAO group through established daily reports. The Operations Specialist will act as a liaison between Recruiters and candidates for the screening process, deployment and administration of service-related programs to ensure compliance and maximum results. This individual will exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
2 year business degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, interpersonal and decision making.
Excellent customer service skills in supporting SOC & MSP colleagues & managers, professional business acumen.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize are essential.
Experience analyzing and trending large amounts of data.
Ability to work in a team environment.
