This position will work in conjunction with all replenishment specialists and category managers. This position will help alleviate some of the current daily job functions of the replenishment specialists in order to free up time to allow more time analyzing and understanding inventory purchases, transfers, turns, and other important functions related to purchasing.

Job overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication between vendors, replenishment specialists, and category managers regarding all purchase order statuses (confirmation, shipping, and late issues)
  • Resolve all warehouse receiving issues over / short items and UPC discrepancies
  • Manage UPC updates and changes
  • Respond to all AP / vendor issues regarding credit issues and PO payments causing shipping delays
  • Oversee all late purchase orders and understand potential out of stock issues as a result

Qualifications:
  • Requires prior replenishment experience and knowledge
  • Skills in handling multiple tasks at one time and able to prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Computer literate with Excel and MS Word
