Primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Clifton Management Team and administering payroll for all regular full time employees and temporary employees. More specifically:

Administer the Clifton full time employee payroll and temporary employee payroll including the administration of the payroll, review payroll accuracy and obtain approval from Logistics Mgr prior to submitting to Corporate, generate weekly and monthly payroll reports including regular pay, overtime pay and temp hours report to management.

Maintain Clifton employee vacation schedule.

Orders and maintains all uniforms for all employees.

Supports HR Manager with various programs/initiatives including, but not limited to Performance Management, Code of Ethics Program, Rolling Attendance (occurrences, sick days, vacation time, disability), FMLA/STD, etc.

Manages all incoming and outgoing mail and administers ship courier packages.

Coordinates all local facility meetings.

Generates all required reports in support of Facility management team as needed.

Handles copying of all inspection reports and maintains training records.

Greets visitors professionally and directs appropriately.

Provides support to Facility management team as needed.

Required Skills

High School graduate or GED equivalent

1 - 2+ years administrative support with background in Logistics experience preferred.

Ability to prioritize work responsibilities effectively and manage time management effectively.

Strong computer skills in Word, Access, Excel and Outlook, AS400, Infinium preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
