The Operations Supervisor leads and supervises a team of dispatchers and administrative assistants in the daily administration of maintenance operations of military residential communities. This position will play a role in maintaining the physical assets and the performance of those communities to achieve the highest possible net operating income without compromising the quality of the property's appearance or level of service. This position will also monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management and ensure that all associates are familiar with and understand them.
Provides ongoing work assignments for associates.
Provides on-the-job training to associates: monitors progress.
Schedules work hours for associates.
Coaches associates for performance reviews for associates.
Final decision-maker when hiring and/or terminating associates.
Position requires a High School Diploma & Vocational Training. An Associate's degree preferred.
In addition to the education outlined above, must have at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience including conducting performance reviews and coaching associates to success. Also 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in an customer service/administrative role exhibiting the skills to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while performing multiple tasks daily.
Must be a detail oriented, self-motivated, team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
