If you are an experienced Operations Supervisor who has great leadership skills, then this position is for you!
Minimum Job Requirements: Must have demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to motivate and coach a call center team. Has an ability to monitor daily production, improve overall customer service and put plans in place to optimize efficiency and productivity. Must have some prior experience working with Sales Force CRM. Has an ability to develop business cases and requirements for process improvement, provide new ideas and initiatives and act as a catalyst for change.
