External Job Description

Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. TRG is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor at Texas American Title Company in Houston. This position will manage a team in the Convenient Client Services division. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible to carry out responsibilities such as:

  • Pipeline Management: Proactive daily management of pipeline reports to ensure equal work distribution and to identify team player productivity issues and overdue products.
  • Report Management: Monitoring and maintaining all team reporting needs. This includes (but is not limited to) analyzing reports for trends, managing pipelines via reports and recommending report creation or modifications
  • Team Player Development: Overall development of direct reports through the use of mentoring, measuring success and leading by example. Ensuring all team players receive all appropriate training
  • Training Facilitation: Conducting classroom or chair-side training for all newly hired team players. Providing all new hires with process flows, role expectations and additional training material.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Ensuring all turn times and customer service levels adhere to our established SLAs with clients.
  • Escalated Issue Resolution: Servicing as critical point of contact for escalated issues.
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of two years of related supervisor experience are required. A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A proven track record of providing supervision in a high volume, large customer service provider is preferred. Knowledge of title/closing processes and regulations is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels. Ability to be detail orientated under time constraints. Excellent decision making and pipeline management skills. Strong coaching and team player development skills. Must be a self starter. Must have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines while managing time in a constantly changing environment. Microsoft Suite proficient.
