The Operation Support position performs production activities such as changing backup tapes and monitoring jobs to ensure completion; generating and distributing critical reports to hospital departments; monitoring critical systems to ensure that problems are discovered and fixed proactively. Identifying the problem accurately is imperative, as appropriate staff may need to be contacted to resolve system problems. Perform data entry of clinical charges into the financial system and filing and maintaining paper documents that contain user account information.
High School Diploma and one year experience in Information Systems or related field required
