Support the production team by performing outside operational duties
Perform duties as described per the standardized round sheet and routine duties as defined in Unit Training Guides
Perform operational duties as required to optimize unit performance including timely process adjustments, sampling, process monitoring, etc as needed by the Shift Reliability Leader
Understand and execute the Maintenance Workflow Process including work request entry and risk ranking, and assisting the production team in the development of the Unit Work Schedule
Identify, address and capture opportunities for reliability improvement, cost and waste reduction as per appropriate business processes
Review, improve and develop procedures as required to ensure safe and compliant operations
Previous industry experience OR Associate's degree or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
High school diploma
REQUIRED PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Ability to climb heights exceeding 300 feet
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
Ability to apply a pushing and pulling force on with torques exceeding 150 pounds
Ability to work in high, precarious places
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to work in adverse outdoor weather conditions
Ability to work in areas that may require the use of a fully encapsulated acid suit
Ability to wear breathing air - Self Contained Breathing Apparatus
Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, pull and squat
Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently
