This is a highly visible position that handles daily postings and monitoring of General Ledger Accounts, several of which are client focused. If not handled properly there would be a risk of government imposed penalties and fees on the bank as well as potential risks to our clients. Functions processed within the department are as follows:

Canadian items
MICR Default Rejects
Research and Clearing of general ledger differences
