Oracle BRM Technical Billing System Analyst

As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Senior Consultant will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of IT functional solutions. The Senior Consultant will also apply deep functional expertise and client handling skills in order to ensure engagement productivity, increase efficiencies for clients, resolve issues and overall client satisfaction. The Senior Consultant will work under minimal supervision and will be required to oversee the work of more junior team members. The Senior Consultant will also carry a yearly target for managed revenue.

Capgemini is looking for a systems analyst to work on a large Oracle BRM implementation. This position requires an individual to have strong design and functional expertise while working on and Oracle BRM implementation. Also the systems analyst should have experience in Oracle suites of products, (Oracle BRM, Oracle Siebel and Oracle UIM and its relationship with other fulfillment applications such as OSM and ASAP will be helpful). Heavy participation during the business requirements analysis sessions and design sessions will be a major part of the systems analysts role. The systems analyst must be a leader and be able to answer project managers, project leads and customers inquiries concerning system software and applications. The analyst will work with cross functional teams and must have excellent communication skills. Having experience in telecommunications and cable industry is required
Key responsibilities may include:
Planning and managing application assessment and requirements activities
Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy
Facilitating CRP sessions with the client
Help with creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g., including process standards)
Help with creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions
Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities
Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities
Three years of Oracle BRM experience or Portal Infranet Billing experience
Three years of experience in general billing functionality, including Account Management, Invoicing, Rating, Billing, Payment Processing, Collections, Pricing, and Configuration/Bundling
Experience in design on projects that Integrate Oracle BRM with Siebel and other Oracle applications
Systems integrations, implementations and interactive designs experience
Systems and software development life cycle including design, development, coding, testing and implementation experience
