Job Summary:
One of Mission Critical Technologys client is currently seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Analyst!

The Oracle EBS Finance Functional Analyst is a versatile and highly motivated individual who works with the other IT team members and Business Users on the technical and functional requirements definition, design, implementation and maintenance of systems applications. The position will work with the Sr IT Director and Business Users in defining, prioritizing and executing application enhancements and projects. The position will play an integral part in the companys initiatives including but not limited to:

Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical Business User constituencies.

The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation.

Engage Business Users spanning multiple departments and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective solutions.

Engage Business Users to support all necessary clarification to design and implement an effective solution.

Manage components of a project plan or projects

Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations

Verification of feasibility of Business Users request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.

Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts:
Scope Documents

Use Cases

Detailed Specification of Key Business Rules

Activity Diagrams

Business Process Mapping Diagrams and Documentation

Application Gap analysis

Job Qualifications:
The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Experience & Education

Bachelors degree in a technical/business discipline with 2 to 4 years practical technical/functional experience and 2+ lifecycle implementations for the Finance Oracle EBS R12 or 11i modules (1 implementation of Oracle EBS R12 financial modules and 1 implementation of Oracle Hyperion Planning 11)

Experience implementing and supporting the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

Skills/Education/Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of Oracle Application functionality, schemas and development frameworks

Strong knowledge of the following Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, iPayment, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, e-Business Tax, iExpense, Inventory, Purchasing.

Practical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning 11 (Budget and Forecasting).

Knowledge the following Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules: WMS, BOM, Inventory, Purchasing, MRP, iPayment.

Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS applications

Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives

Knowledge of Project and/or Software Development Life Cycle.

Proficiency with SQL based queries and PL/SQL code

Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project 2003 or later

Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in fast-paced dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Desired:
Previous experience in this role servicing a consumer packaged goods company either as an internal employee or as a consultant.

International experience (in particular with EU, China, Mexico).

Knowledge/experience integration of third party systems with Oracle R12 or 11i EBS applications

Knowledge the following Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules: WMS, BOM, MRP/ASCP, Order Management, e-Commerce Gateway (ex EDI Gateway), BI Publisher.

Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion 11 Workforce and CAPEX modules
