: Looking for a Fulltime Oracle EBS Functional SME. Currently moving from 11i to R12 so really need a functional consultant focused in one of the following modules: eAM, Costing, Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Collections and Purchasing and/or Manufacturing. Must be strong in at least one of the three. There may be some technical work, but the role will primarily functional. Really looking for a candidate with a strong supply chain and manufacturing background.
: Responsible for developing solutions and support of multiple applications within the Oracle e-Business suite and legacy systems. Core activities will include development of technical specifications, modifications/development of standard/new forms and reports, development of interfaces in and out of the e-business suite, and end user support for multiple applications.
: This individual will have worked with Oracle PL/SQL, Performance Tuning and has experience in a production environment. He / She will preferably be someone with at least 3 years of experience, who knows the language well and will be able to come in and essentially hit the ground running. They must be able to work independently as well as with the large project team at times.
: This individual works well with users or business analysts to develop specifications from which programs will be written. Work product must be error-free and operationally-supportable applications. He / She must be competent to work at the highest level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Should be capable of using all programming tools available in the applicable development platform.
: Experience in Oracle Applications primarily with modules: OM, Inventory & Advanced Collections
: Project Management experience required
: Experience developing Oracle eBusiness suite applications for Release 11i or R12, R12 experience is preferred
: Functional experience with Oracle apps
: Supply Chain and Manufacturing background
: Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
: Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
: Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
: General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and business process assessment / strategy. .
: Experience in all the phases of project life cycle from analysis to deployment.
: 5-10 years' experience implementing Oracle Applications 11i and/or R12.
: Expertise in one or multiple of the following Oracle modules (eAM, Costing, Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Collections and Purchasing and/or Manufacturing (Planning, Scheduling, and Execution)
: Oracle Applications Implementation, configuration and/or support experience in Oracle Financials and flow families: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and/or Demand to Build.
: Three to five years of end-user experience with Oracle applications including day-to-day operations and optimization/customizations.
: Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
: Bachelor's degree

Educational & Professional Credentials:
: Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (i.e. Accounting, Information Systems)
: 5-10 years' experience in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
: Professional Certifications such as PMP or ERP certification a plus
