This position will be responsible for the functional development, configuration and troubleshooting of the Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP application as well as work with other functional teams to review business requirements, recommend technical solutions, estimate effort and produce system requirement documentation. In addition the incumbent will be required to provide knowledge to configure Oracle application to the necessary functional requirements, as well as troubleshoot and resolve Oracle software issues, problems and exceptions. Work with software development and database administration employees and contractors to ensure that their work meets all technical, functional, and organizational requirements .
Experience in both technical & function solutions development using Oracle Supply Chain and / or Finance modules
Detailed Oracle eBusiness Suite 12 configuration knowledge and experience
3-5 years hands-on industry experience with Oracle 10g or 11g technologies at the configuration and database layers
Proven experience using methodologies and processes for the development of complex application development projects
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in working effectively with cross functional teams within an organization
Dedicated, professional attitude and enthusiastic
Must be self-motivated and proactive, and have the ability to quickly build and maintain rapport with others.
Ability to work independently
FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree required
MIN YEARS of EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:
1-3+ years of Oracle Implementation experience with multiple full life cycle projects
