We have immediate openings for the following: Job Description: i360technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional experienced in Oracle 11i & R12 Federal application implementations for a newly forming Project Management Office (PMO) to lead a large upgrade / reimplementation to R12. This project is slated to on-board by April 2013. Expected duties: Provide leadership, managerial, and analytical guidance and direction to a functional and technical teams implementing Oracle R12 Federal applications Provide strategic and tactical enterprise planning at multiple project levels Assist with program research and strategic planning through proven and standard methodologies with a repository database of models and metrics methodologies for IT research and IT planning. Provide program evaluation support through proven and standard methodologies to ensure that stated capabilities and resulting business system benefits are achieved by aligning program business goals, objectives and requirements. Program cost, schedule, and performance implications shall be identified, analyzed, and summarized with recommended actions to effectively and efficiently accomplish program objectives. Develop and deliver program benchmarking and measurements through proven and standard methodologies with a repository database of models and metrics to include: IT benchmarking and measurement Cost modeling including life-cycle costing for IT systems, Capital planning, Budget and POM analysis, development, and positioning Earned Value Management (EVM) Provide management of program deliverables to ensure conformance to documented methodologies, system requirements, adherence to applicable policy and instructions, quality product and content, and 508 compliance through all phases. Review requirements to ensure key performance parameters and all essential end-to-end process requirements are represented in system architecture documentation and system performance specification. Coordinate integrated project teams to address user, quality, and schedule requirements Assess and recommend industry best practices' for managing the performance of large-scale programs and reducing the risk associated with them. Develop and implement program controls and metrics that are applied to each phase to manage and measure progress. Identify program risk, highlight key risk areas, and propose/present effective risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate enterprise-wide architecture and integration planning for new and existing legacy systems Develop and manage to completion all project deliverables Responsible planning, developing, and delivering project documentation consisting of but not limited to: Project management plan Project schedule Estimates Resource planning and staffing Status reports Earned Value reports Business process improvement recommendations Project review meetings Assure adherence to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and provide project tracking and analysis against project plan and schedule Utilize strict controls and CMMI based processes and templates for managing, documenting and delivering IT application development services Create and maintain a collaborative work environment, set goals, give clear direction, provide decisive and positive feedback to leadership and team Effectively set and meet or exceed business community application development expectations Communicate status and technical vision to client management and stakeholders Attend and support meetings as needed Manage and control software baseline and release planning
R12 Oracle Federal Financial PMO Team Lead - Must obtain a DOD Clearance Demonstrated experience in managing Oracle Federal Financial ERP applications implementations 3 years in supervising large (averaging ten (10) or more persons-years of effort per year) complex projects of increasing responsibility of management, leading software maintenance and development initiatives, and coordinating integrated development teams Demonstrated knowledge of SOA and web services Demonstrated experience and knowledge across Oracle Federal applications configurations, processes, architecture and technical capabilities Demonstrated experience in business process analysis (BPA) and re-engineering (BPR) Experienced in implementing diverse information technology projects Experience developing federal applications using COTS products Demonstrated experience using and managing configuration management tools Demonstrated experience in CMMI based processes Excellent oral and written communication skills Must demonstrate leadership and managerial skills Qualifications: Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills Excellent customer relationship management skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Department of Defense (DOD) experience is a plus Experience with Prism is a plus Experience with web services and SOA is a plus Must be a US Citizen Must be DOD Clearable (existing Secret clearance is a plus) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Six Sigma Certification a plus Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience Citizenship Required: YesClearance Required: YesFunctional Classification: Cost Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Oracle Federal Financial Applications, Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project FoundationTechnical Classification: Conversions, Data Migration, Interfaces, PL/SQL, TOAD, Workflow, XML Gateway, XML Message DesignerPublic Referral ProgramEarn $2,500 for each successful referral!!! i360technologies (i360) is happy to extend our referral bonus to you for every successful candidate you refer to us.
